Our menu celebrates the flavours of Kumaon with traditional Pahadi dishes such as Aloo ke Gutke, Bhatt ki Churkani, and Gahat ki Dal, alongside the wider multi-cuisine spread.
What are the restaurant timings?
Sierra is open from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM daily.
What are the buffet timings?
Our buffet is served during three windows: breakfast from 8:00 AM to 10:30 AM, lunch from 1:00 PM to 3:30 PM, and dinner from 8:00 PM to 11:00 PM.
Are both buffet and à la carte options available?
Yes, our restaurant offers meals in both buffet and à la carte formats across all three meal periods, so guests can dine as they please.
Is there outdoor seating at Sierra?
Yes. In addition to our indoor dining room, Sierra has an outdoor seating area that looks out over untouched ridgelines, making it a lovely spot for an unhurried meal in the open mountain air.
